TOTAL QUALITY APPROACH OF KBS
CONTROLS AND TESTS
The Controls; Are conducted by, in the accountability of the KBS Quality Control Department independent of manufacturing to make sure that all required applications are performed. If requested, the final control can be performed by a third party inspection company.
The Tests;
If requested the following tests can be performed:
Destructive Tests:
-Deep Drawing Tests for High and Low Temperatures
-Bending Test
-Charpy Impact Test at Each Temperature
-Surface Hardness Test
-Welding Applicability Test according to Special Procedures
-Macro and Micrographic tests
Non-destructive tests:
-X-Ray
-Ultrasonic Tests
-MT Surface Crack Tests
-PT dye-Penetrant Test
We are able to perform all destructive and non-destructive tests with the sub-supplier's laboratory service.
CERTIFICATES PRESENTED WITH THE DISHED ENDS
If requested the following inspection and test certificates can be obtained:
-Equipment EN 10204:3:1:2004
-Dished-End EN 10204:3:1:2004
-Heat treatment and heat treatment diagram
-RT Reports
-UT Reports
-MT Surface Crack tests reports
-PT dye penetrant Test reports
-Tests performed with 3rd party inspection companies
And EN 10204:3:2:2004 certificates.

KBS as a result of its total quality understanding, has been granted the certificates in accordance with DIN 28011, DIN 28012, DIN 28013, DIN 28014, EN 13445, ASME SEC VIII DIV 1 and EN 10204 3.1 .B:1995, EN 10204 3.1:2005 also the ISO 9001:2000, 97/23 DGR (EG, AT), AD 2000 MERKBLATT W0-TRD 100,ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 CE, EN 287, EN 288 certificates.
